Get Married at June Mountain
Make a memorable grand entrance for your joyful outdoor wedding. At June Mountain, you can forego the traditional walk down the aisle in favor of a whimsical ride up a chairlift to tie the knot at June Mountain's Scenic Overlook. Located mid-mountain, this venue showcases the glittering lakes and forest below. After the ceremony, bring your wedding celebration inside the Chalet. This venue features a rustic lodge feel including a stone fireplace, high ceilings with open rafters, and a wall of windows to highlight the breathtaking mountain views.

When is the deposit due and how much is it?

The initial deposit is $2000 due at the time of contract signing.

How do I reserve a wedding venue and date?
Your catering sales manager will help you to determine if your preferred venue is available on the date that you are interested in. When a date and venue are decided, a hold will be placed on the date and venue of choice, and your catering sales manager will send you a contract. Once reviewed, you will sign your contract and send it back with your first deposit. When you receive our countersigned contract, your wedding date and venue are official.

When do you need our tentative and final guest count?
Your tentative guest count is due upon contract signing. But, of course, numbers are expected to fluctuate, so the final count is due 30 days before your wedding.

Can you give us suggestions for florists, bakeries, DJs and ministers for the area?
Of course! We have a list of suggested vendors that will be sent to you once we receive your signed contract and deposit.

What is the 20% service charge and how does it differ from a tip?
The 20% service charge covers the service provided by the banquet staff during your wedding. This fee is an industry standard and is placed on all catered events. It does not cover additional gratuity for your vendors or wedding coordinator, which is at your discretion and not required.
When do I need to choose a menu?
The first step is selecting your wedding date and venue. Your menu selection can take place after that, and does not have to be finalized until 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Can we make special menu requests and what is the process?
Specialty menus, such as vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, can be arranged by contacting your catering sales manager.

Can we do a tasting?
Yes. We host wedding gala events twice a year where you can taste different menu options, meet preferred vendors, see gorgeous décor options and set ups, and get fresh ideas for your wedding. If you can’t make one of these events, please consult your catering sales manager to make other arrangements.
