June Pass FAQs
When can I ski/ride on my 24/25 June Mountain season pass?
Your pass will work starting on opening day of the 24/25 season, usually in mid-December snow permitting.
What do I do after I purchase my June Mountain Pass?
After you purchase, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. If you do not receive this email or don't see the purchase go through on your credit card, please check your Junk/Spam folder. If the confirmation email still is not found, email Info@IkonPass.com.
Over the summer you will be emailed instructions on how to upload your photo, sign a release of liability (if it was not completed at the time of sale), and how to update your customer profile. Every skier or snowboarder in your pass family must have a photo, a release of liability, and a valid mailing address in order to receive a pass. New passes will be mailed prior to the start of the 24/25 winter season.
What type of photo do I need to upload for my June Mountain Pass?
Please upload a headshot without ski goggles, glasses, a hat or helmet. The file should be less than 5mb and should be cropped so that you are the only person in the photo. Poor quality photos, photos not clearly depicting the pass holder, or photos not meeting specifications will be rejected and require a new photo be uploaded.
When will I receive my June Mountain Pass?
All new customer purchases will be mailed up to the end of November. New purchases made in December through the end of the season will need to pick up onsite. All passes purchased in-person will be printed at the Ticket Office at June Mountain.
Are there any blackout dates for June Mountain Passes?
No, June Mountain Passes are valid for skiing and riding at June Mountain every day of the 24/25 winter season, conditions permitting.
What is the cutoff age for Young Adult Passes?
If the individual is between 13 and 22 years old on the date of purchase, they qualify for the Young Adult Pass.
What if I forget my pass?
There is a fee for replacing a forgotten pass. Please visit the Ticket Office at June Mountain.
When can I start using my pass holder benefits?
You can start using your pass holder benefits immediately after purchasing your pass. Friends and Family lift tickets are valid at the start of the 24/25 season.
Is college pricing available?
College discounts are available. Add an adult pass to your cart and provide pass holder information during checkout to unlock verification. Once verified, your cart will reflect the discounted price.
Can I use my June Mountain Pass even if I didn't receive the pass card in the mail yet?
If you want to ski or ride before you receive the actual pass card in the mail, you can do so. Visit June Mountain’s Ticket Office and provide your identification. A day ticket will be issued to you.
If I purchase a 24/25 June Mountain Pass and the resort does not open for winter 24/25, will I get a refund?
At this time, all Ikon Pass destinations plan to be open for the 24/25 winter season. All Ikon Pass and June Mountain Pass purchases paid-in-full are non-refundable.
Is there a cancellation policy?
No. Your pass purchase may not be cancelled, is non-refundable, and non-transferable. Pass insurance is available for purchase on IkonPass.com.
If I bought a local pass from an Ikon Pass destination, can I upgrade to an Ikon Pass? Will I get the Resort Credit or renewal discount?
You may upgrade from most Alterra Mountain Company destination passes to an Ikon Pass by calling June Mountain at 888.JuneMtn. Resort Credits will not be offered for Ikon Pass purchases.
